Location: IN OFFICE; 1901 North Union Blvd. Colorado Springs, CO 80909 Status: Full Time Hourly rates: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Shifts: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm Administrative Assistant Experience a fulfilling client service role where each day brings new rewards. As an Administrative Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
  • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents
  • Analyze and forecast global recruiting options
  • Evaluate and create and/or modify processes
  • Prioritize multiple project simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare accounting documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation software
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
  • Perform Internet research • Assist Home Office staff with routine tasks as assigned
A few must-haves for an Administrative Assistant:
  • 2+ years experience supporting at the executive level
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of executive meetings
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Requires excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven organization skills and detail orientation
  • Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
