Job Summary: We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models for various applications.
  • Data Preparation: Collaborate with data engineers to collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for training and evaluation.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and research in AI/ML, integrating the latest techniques into our solutions.
  • Deployment: Deploy machine learning models into production, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities within our products and services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate model performance, making improvements as necessary.
  • Documentation: Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development or a related role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
