DESCRIPTION
This is a position located in DCF Headquarters at the Centre of Tallahassee, 2415 N. Monroe St., Suite 400, Tallahassee, FL, 32303. This position reports directly to the Office on Homelessness Contract Unit Supervisor. This position will function as a Senior Contract Manager in the Office on Homelessness, within the Office of Community Services at the Department of Children and Families. This is a highly responsible position composing, coordinating, controlling, executing, and monitoring contractual agreements. As a senior contract manager, this position will enforce the terms and conditions of all assigned contracts and serve as a liaison between the DCF and providers, as well other agencies, and program offices. The incumbent must have knowledge of contract governance, contract language, and the contract life cycle. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are required.

Required Qualifications
1. At least two (2) years of experience in contract management or legal profession
2. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Professional or non-professional experience as described below can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the preferred college degree. Note: Be prepared to provide a copy of your degree/diploma or request official transcripts from your school in a sealed envelope. All documents must be in English, clear, and legible, showing all signatures and pertinent details. Foreign degrees must be validated by a third party to meet the US equivalency requirements.
