Batavia Avenue Mobil in Batavia, IL is looking for one customer service to join our team. We are located on 27 N Batavia Ave. We are a full-service auto fuel and automobile repair business. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. Must be available for shifts Mon-Fri 7am-2pm and some alternating Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at welcome
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in paying for fuel, dropping off cars for service or picking up car once service has been completed
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Stock vending and sales room items
• Respond to any complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Hours would be primarily weekdays, 7am-2pm, some fill in Saturday's will be possible

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled customers
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
• Ability to use a computer to create Work Orders and receive parts for repairs
