What You'll Do

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with internal and external teams to develop and execute online marketing strategies. Your role will help increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads for our clients across a variety of industries. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute your ideas, stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, and continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising platforms.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize performance and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with teams to create and implement digital assets, including landing pages and email campaigns.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance our clients' campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
Proven experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and link-building campaigns.
Proficiency in managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
Experience working with a variety of campaign types (Search, Display, PMax), and a solid understanding of best practices for campaign structure, bid strategies, and more.
Strong familiarity with marketing automation tools like SEMrush, Looker Studio, Klaviyo, Hootsuite, MailChimp, HubSpot, or Marketo.
Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools like Google Analytics 4.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with WordPress is a plus.
Knowledge of social media management and creating engaging content to boost engagement and follower growth is preferred.
Experience with marketing automation to nurture leads and enhance engagement.
