Director - Healthcare Technology Management

The client a growing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Division is currently seeking an HTM Director for Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, OK. The Director will manage several types of medical devices, supervise teams of technical professionals, and track performance measures. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished HTM leader!
Comanche County Memorial Hospital is a 265-bed regional referral center and integrated delivery system providing medical services in virtually every specialty. The success of this progressive organization has been made possible through the courage, foresight, and spirit of human kindness of the citizens of Comanche County and is a direct result of the vision and leadership of people too numerous to name. When the hospital officially opened its doors on September 1, 1951, it was apparent that the vision the community had for this new state-of-the-art hospital was truly inspired. Comanche County Memorial Hospital had already been named the "Modern Hospital of the Year" in a nationwide competition based upon excellence of architectural design, functional planning, economy of construction and operation and proper provision of hospital needs of the community. Due to the overwhelming need for hospital services, over 1,000 people had already been admitted and treated before its official opening.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of management performance within Healthcare Technology and have a broad understanding of the many service aspects that they will encounter and resolve on a daily basis. The Director will partner with regional HTM Leaders to drive operational effectiveness and patient/client satisfaction.
The ideal Director of HTM should have:
Experience managing biomedical and imaging services in a large healthcare system.
Clear knowledge & understanding regarding regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, TJC)
Solution-oriented approaches, critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate and successfully resolve conflict.
A proven track record of providing exceptional service and developing unbreakable partnerships with customers, staff, and vendors.
Superior business acumen, agility, and confidence in making decisions, especially regarding budget management proficiency.
Experience leading high performing teams including mentoring/development of new and existing talent within organizations.
Comfortable presence with executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
Provides overall management and supervision of the assigned account assuming full responsibility for the account's operational and fiscal performance and ensuring that the mission, vision, values, and goals of the company.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions):
1. Do you have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
2. Do you have 5 years of Management Experience.
3. Do you have 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.
4. Do you have experience managing biomedical and imaging services in a large healthcare system.
5. Do you have experience leading high performing teams including mentoring/development of new and existing talent within organizations.
6. Do you have clear knowledge & understanding regarding regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, TJC) - NICE TO HAVE
7. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Salary: $ 90,000.00 120,000.00 Per Year
