Job Description

About Us

We're a team driven by a passion for creating meaningful moments, paired with the power of innovative technology to redefine the way gifts—especially floral gifts—are sent today. We believe gifting should be personal, thoughtful, and truly reflect how you feel. With a network of over 1,000 talented local florists across the country, we're proud to ensure every gift leaves a lasting impression.

Our team is fully remote, with members located across North America. Since adopting this remote structure during the pandemic, we've embraced flexibility, with most of our team enjoying the freedom to work from home. While many are based within a few hours of our headquarters in Hopewell Junction, NY, we also recognize the importance of in-person collaboration. Depending on your role, we ask team members to visit the office once a year, and sometimes more frequently, blending the best of remote flexibility with the benefits of face-to-face interaction. This hybrid model is designed to support a balanced, adaptable work culture that promotes collaboration and respects individual needs.
