Job Description

Mechanical HVAC System Facilities Planner at Providence Portland Medical Center- Full-Time, Day Schedule

The Mechanical HVAC System Facilities Planner is responsible for providing oversight, support, and input on the integrity and reliability of building systems and utilities that support the Providence Acute and Ambulatory care facilities.

Required qualifications:

  • 10 or more years of experience in construction or operations of hospital or industrial facilities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in 5 years of experience in hospital or institutional/industrial design or operations. Or equivalent educ/experience

  • Mechanical and HVAC Systems Facilities Planner is required to have 10 years of experience in construction or operations of hospital and/or industrial facilities.
