Position Overview Calling all college students who take on life with their own two hands! Come join us for our 10-week internship program from June 2nd to August 8th.
Position Details Work Environment: At Duluth Trading Company, we fundamentally believe in strong in-person interactions as our culture thrives when we learn, create, and collaborate with each other. The position will be based in our corporate headquarters, near Madison, WI.

What You'll Learn: - How to prepare monthly financial results, providing explanations for variances from budget/forecast, and identify risks or opportunities for improvement
- How to build financial models, perform scenario analysis and present financial findings to key stakeholders and leadership team
- How to deliver insights integrating data from diverse sources, and applying analytics to recommend options and influence business decisions
What We're Looking For: - Junior or Senior with a major in Accounting or Finance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Extremely high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt, collaboration and work within a high functioning team
- Strong knowledge of Excel/spreadsheet skills and Google Slides
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
