Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment :
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to placement for both internal roles and client-facing positions.
- Develop job descriptions, advertising strategies, and interview frameworks to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening & Interviewing :
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers :
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and client managers to understand specific hiring needs and culture fit requirements.
- Offer guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and compensation benchmarks.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines to internal teams and clients.
- Talent Pipeline Development :
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates to quickly meet future recruitment needs.
- Use proactive sourcing strategies such as direct outreach, networking events, and industry associations to keep the pipeline full.
- Client-Focused Recruitment :
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to understand clients' talent needs and fulfill client orders with urgency and precision.
- Present top candidates to clients, gather feedback, and ensure the placement process aligns with client expectations.
- Manage the offer and negotiation process, ensuring both candidate and client satisfaction.
- Onboarding & Candidate Experience :
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Provide candidates with timely feedback and ensure they are prepared for interviews and offers.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and clients during the hiring process to ensure smooth communication.
- Market & Industry Research :
- Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends, industry shifts, and talent market conditions.
- Provide insights to management on sourcing methods, compensation trends, and market opportunities.
- Reporting & Analytics :
- Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate sources.
- Analyze data to improve recruitment strategies and ensure goals are being met.
- Produce regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate status and progress toward meeting client needs.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in recruitment.
- Provide suggestions for improving internal recruitment processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements: Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a recruitment agency or staffing environment.
- Solid understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems).
- Previous experience recruiting for both internal roles and client-facing positions (preferred).
Skills :
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with a keen ability to identify talent that matches client needs.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple searches and competing priorities.
