We are currently seeking a skilled IT Systems Director to enhance our technological capabilities and support our growing operations in Twinsburg, OH.

Job Duties

• The individual would play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our IT infrastructure and systems. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and leadership skills to ensure our technology supports business goals efficiently and effectively
• Manage and oversee all IT operations, including network administration, hardware and software management, along with cybersecurity.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data integrity and security is maintained.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and provide solutions that enhance productivity.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution.
• Manage IT projects, including system upgrades and installations, aligning with company objectives.
• Train and support staff on IT systems and software applications, fostering a culture of technology adoption.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting, including SAGE ERP systems and manufacturing software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
