Overview The financial planning and analysis team works directly with the CFO on all aspects of financial planning and analysis including: annual planning and reforecasting; financial performance management; reporting and analysis. The team is highly collaborative and is looking for people who can grow in to senior positions.
Responsibilities Job summary:
The Junior Financial Analyst will be a key member of the team and will be given assignments across topics that will maximize training and exposure opportunities.
1. Practice group and office management reporting: contribute to monthly recurring requests critical to supporting analysis and timely deliverables.
2. Overhead support: work on monthly variance analysis as well as projects researching cost categorization and long-term plans.
3. Client and practice group analytics: support and drive various projects as well as aid in the development and testing of new tools.
4. Support and exposure to all areas of business analytics and leadership support.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the role is designed to encourage and foster long-term growth within the finance team.
Qualifications Education, experience and skills needed:
1. Requires a BA/BS degree in Finance, Management or related majors
2. Basic Excel capabilities and interest in learning multiple reporting systems
3. Self-motivated with an ownership mindset
4. Curious and open-minded about finance and business operations
5. Must have the ability to analyze financial data and prepare concise reports to assist management in understanding financial performance.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
- Boston: $56,000 - $78,000
Working Conditions This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
