Job Description

BDR is seeking a PowerBI Developer to join our growing team! This position will be performed virtually from the individual's home office working on EST time schedule. This position requires US Citizenship with a Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.

Role Overview

We are seeking a resource with experience with Bot development and PowerBI dashboard development, with 6 years of experience, to join our team. Key responsibilities include designing RPA bots to enhance HR service delivery using UiPath and/or PowerAutomate, and supporting the development of various PowerBI dashboards. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, and experience with tools like PowerBI and UiPath. Must be eligible for CBP Public Trust

Responsibilities
  • Front-End Development: Implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and other frameworks (e.g., PowerAutomate, UiPath, etc).
  • RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Bots: Design, build, maintain, and provide expertise on RPA bots using tools, particularly UiPath, to implement innovative solutions to improve HR service delivery.
  • PowerBI: Develop dashboards to support HR service delivery using PowerBI.
  • Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for code and development processes.


Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 6 years of experience, with preferably 4+ years of experience in development or related roles.
    • Proven track record of successful implementation of requirements and innovative approaches to technical development.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Leverage tools including, but not limited to, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro, Mural, AWS, and UiPath Task Capture to support human capital functions
    • Proficiency in both front and back-end technologies o Experience with RPA tools like UIPath.
    • Proficiency in dashboard development tools like PowerBI.
  • Security Clearance:
    • CBP Public Trust preferred (MUST be eligible).
