Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven Preschool or Elementary School Teacher/Educator to join our growing team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners in Miami-Dade County, guiding them through their journey from onboarding to renewal. This opportunity is perfect for someone with a sales mindset and a deep passion for education, eager to make a difference in the lives of others. While this is a remote role, it will involve regular visits to partners in the Miami-Dade County area, and may require occasional evening or weekend work to support our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with strategic partners to ensure their success.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, needs, and challenges.
Conduct regular onsite check-ins to assess partner satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
Design and implement an effective onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless experience.
Create and execute a partner success strategy that aligns with both organizational goals and partner needs.
Identify opportunities for growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement with partners.
Provide comprehensive training and resources to partners to help them maximize success with our products.
Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring quick resolution of any issues.
Analyze partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports on partner success metrics and growth.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product to ensure cohesive partner strategies.
Support the broader customer base by assisting with any customer support issues as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
3+ years of prior experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher, preferably within a public school.
Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken).
A proven track record of initiative, resilience, and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and find creative solutions to challenges.
A strong advocate for early childhood education and a genuine passion for supporting teachers and students.
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills—your customers will love working with you.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret partner data effectively.
Highly organized, with enthusiasm for exploring new project management tools and techniques.
Comfort with making outreach calls to engage providers and teachers.
Willingness to travel as needed, including weekends and evenings, for partner meetings and events.

Compensation:
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Miami. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 USD, plus bonuses and stock options. Total compensation will be based on experience and skill level.
