JOB PURPOSE:
The Program Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the Customs and Border Protection(CBP) Workforce Wellness program(WWP). This position ensured efficient execution of activities to include outreach, health and wellness services, case management, physical fitness, and nutrition planning, scheduling of behavioral health services, and coordination of services with community service partners. The Program Manager will also be responsible for understanding, completing, and reporting on all contract deliverables.
The Program Manager must understand Law Enforcement and their family members needs. They should also understand case management operations, BH treatment and interventions, and process improvement. This position will be a spokesperson for the program and capabilities of the CBP WWP.

EDUCATION: An Undergraduate Degree from an accredited college or university in a health sciences field (i.e., social work, psychology, healthcare administration), criminal justice field, or in a related field; and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in people management, planning operations, budgets, and projects; OR any combination of experience and education that results in the required knowledge, skill, and abilities is required
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience with managerial/supervisory responsibilities and program level leadership experience is required. Experience across a range of modalities within social work or counseling. Experience with health and wellness/or suicide prevention, experience working with a Military, Veteran, Law Enforcement, and/or First Responder population, experience in overseeing/ managing employer-based wellness programs, and experience delivering training related to wellness, behavioral health, or suicide awareness, OR any combination of experience and education that results in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is required.
ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employers sole discretion.
LICENSES: Drivers License with clear record. Active State of Texas full clinical licensure.
VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.
OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates. Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required to meet business needs. Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others. Employee should expect to work one evening a week and weekend days as needed to accommodate the operations.
