Job Overview:

We are seeking a Remote Entry-Level Healthcare Recruiter who is driven, personable, and passionate about helping healthcare professionals find their ideal roles. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare talent to support our organization’s growth. Key Responsibilities :

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement :

  • Use creative and proactive methods (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, etc.) to source qualified healthcare candidates for a variety of roles, including clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs, both immediate and future.
  • Engage passive candidates, nurturing relationships and encouraging them to consider opportunities within the company.

Candidate Screening & Interviewing :

  • Review resumes and applications, assessing candidates for qualifications, licensure, and experience relevant to healthcare positions.
  • Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process and timely feedback.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers :

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the unique needs of each role and define job specifications, required qualifications, and other critical criteria.
  • Provide support to hiring managers by offering candidate recommendations and market insights, helping them make informed hiring decisions.

Performance-Oriented :

  • Set and exceed individual recruitment performance objectives, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Maintain focus on achieving measurable goals and consistently improving recruitment results.

Candidate Experience & Relationship Building :

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that all candidates have a positive experience.
  • Provide consistent follow-up with candidates, offering feedback and updates throughout the interview process.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates to encourage repeat engagement for future hiring needs.

Administrative & Reporting :

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track key recruitment metrics and performance data, providing regular updates and insights to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and process enhancements based on performance data and feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education :

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Experience :

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual setting is an advantage.
  • Strong background with medical administration, medical terminology with years of experience managing healthcare teams.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry roles, certifications, and regulatory requirements (preferred but not required)

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple roles.
