We are seeking dynamic, passionate attention to detail individuals to become Remote Travel Coordinators and join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of global destinations, a passion for exceptional customer service, and the ability to create amazing travel experiences. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and curate personalized travel itineraries that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and sell travel experiences, including accommodations, flights, tours, and unique experiences.
2. Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations based on clients’ preferences.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
4. Collaborate with travel suppliers and vendors to create exclusive deals.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and travel services.
6. Handle bookings, cancellations, and changes with attention to detail.
7. Ensure compliance with travel regulations and visa requirements.
8. Provide 24/7 support for clients during their travels, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Qualifications:

1. A passion for travel. preferably with a focus on luxury travel.
2. Knowledge of popular luxury travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
3. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
6. Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary to meet client needs.
