• The ideal candidate will facilitate datadriven digital marketing strategies tailored to the companys goals brand awareness demand generation retail activation and customer retention.
• This individual will plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across website and email platforms aligning with technical and SEO best practices while monitoring website performance making recommendations for necessary optimizations.
• Must be well versed using Google Analytics (G4) to track campaign performance and report insights to stakeholders.
• In addition create detailed reports showcasing the effectiveness of strategies backed by data.
• The candidate will collaborate with content creators to ensure all digital assets (blogs social posts videos) are aligned with campaign objectives.
• In addition s/he will work closely with content marketing team and marketing integrators to outline campaign digital KPIs to ensure initiatives drive relevant traffic and conversions.
• Individual must have excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple agency partners and communicate campaign requirements KPIs and performance enhancements.
• Candidate will not have financial oversight of digital marketing budget.

• Strong administrative and management skills including the ability to prioritize multiple projects programs and objectives simultaneously.
• Highly collaborative able to work in a matrixed environment and with internal colleagues.
