For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Develop strategies to improve the company’s rankings in search engines.

  • Conduct keyword research for the company website and marketing materials.

  • Create an effective link-building strategy.

  • Perform technical audits of projects.

  • Set measurable goals to assess marketing efforts.

  • Monitor SEO strategy key performance indicators daily.

  • Collaborate with other marketing professionals to align goals.

  • Create tasks for website content, including pages, descriptions, and blogs.

  • Update content and links to maximize optimization and rankings.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • Understanding of basic programming principles: HTML, CSS, and PHP.

  • Experience working with various CMS platforms (not only WordPress).

  • Copywriting skills.

  • Proficiency in link-building, including manual, paid, tiered, broken link recovery, internal linking, and partnership building. Additionally, backlink research, monitoring, and maintenance.

  • Basic marketing knowledge: Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, search and display campaign management, traffic channels, and funnels.

  • Ability to create images and videos using AI.

  • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, MOZ, Sistrix, SimilarWeb, Screaming Frog, ScrapeBox, and others.

  • Experience in content generation and automation using AI is a plus.

  • Сonversational skills in Russian.
