Job Description: GlobeTrek Consulting is seeking a dedicated Virtual Hotel Booker - Entry Level to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing flight reservations through our online booking platforms, providing expert guidance and support to clients, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize online booking systems to make flight reservations for clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel itineraries.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, or online chat, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Coordinate with airlines to secure bookings, negotiate fares, and communicate special requests or accommodations.
  • Stay informed about flight schedules, routes, and pricing to provide clients with the best available options for their travel needs.
  • Process payments and issue tickets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all booking details.
  • Assist clients with any changes, cancellations, or adjustments to their reservations, following established procedures and policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize processes, streamline operations, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in flight reservations, travel booking, or related customer service roles preferred.
