Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments of the carpeted areas to determine the appropriate cleaning methods and necessary materials.
• Prep the cleaning areas by moving furniture, vacuuming carpets, and attending to any pre-treatment processes required.
• Apply stain- and spot-removal agents according to the type of carpet fiber and origin of the stain.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide recommendations on post-cleaning care and preventive maintenance of carpets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Proven experience as a Carpet Cleaning Technician or similar role; in-house training will be provided nonetheless.
• Detail-oriented with an analytical approach to solving problem areas in carpet cleaning and maintenance.
• Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift and handle heavy equipment and machinery.
• Effective communication skills to interact positively with team members and clients.
• A professional appearance and courteous manner suitable for interacting with residential clients.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and upholding the company’s reputation through quality work.
• Capability to manage time efficiently and complete tasks within scheduled periods.
