Position Title: Strategic Marketing Manager

We're looking for a dynamic leader to join an established team of marketing and data experts to help bring our strategic thinking to the next level. We are looking for someone to bring us from data collectors and analysts to data synthesizers and strategists.
Based in our suburban West Trenton (Ewing Township), New Jersey corporate office, this strategic leadership position will report to the Vice President of Marketing, be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, and have direct accountability for NJM enterprise growth goals. This individual must possess a strong mindset and demonstrated skillset for data led decision making and should have financial services experience, ideally a P&C background. This candidate will have experience in insights analysis, BI tools, marketing mix modelling, life-time value and general ROI analysis and be able to translate these finding to sound marketing strategy. The ideal candidate comes from a financial services/insurance background and is highly comfortable with data and has a keen sense for translating their experience and data findings into sound marketing strategy. Compensation for this position is likely to fall in the $140,000 to $175,000 pay range based upon relevant experience and credentials. The position also includes a potential annual incentive opportunity (12%) and a generous benefits package, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, a 401k with a dollar for dollar match up to 8% with immediate vesting, tuition reimbursement, a highly competitive PTO plan, and much more!Responsibilities:
